Blindspot Works Coaching is an ongoing relationship for owner-managed businesses who are ready to stop firefighting and start building a business that works properly. Not a course. Not a one-off. A genuine thinking partnership, built around your business.

This isn't the right fit if you want someone to simply execute a brief you've already written, or if you're looking for cheap or fast. The businesses I work with see genuine, lasting improvement, and that takes proper thinking and honest conversation.
How It Works
This isn't a generic coaching programme with modules and workbooks. Every engagement is built around where your business actually is, and where you want it to go. Here's how it works in practice:
At the start of every quarter, we step back and look at the full picture. Where are the biggest gaps right now? What's the highest-leverage thing to focus on next? We set the direction for the next 90 days together.
Every two weeks we review progress, work through what's stuck, and keep momentum. These calls are structured but flexible. We go where the business needs us to go.
Between calls, you send a short weekly voice note, letting me know what's moving, what isn't. I respond with observations, questions, or resources. This keeps the thinking alive between sessions without adding to your calendar.
From our first session, we build and maintain a shared document that captures your customer journey, the gaps we've identified, the decisions made, and the progress tracked. This becomes a living record of your business improvement, something tangible you own.
Every quarter we re-run a version of your Business Journey Scorecard to measure what's changed. Progress that's visible is progress that motivates.
Where you need tools, frameworks, or options evaluated, I do the research so you don't have to. You get a considered recommendation, not a Google result.
Investment
Billed monthly. Rolling 3-month commitment, reviewed quarterly. Cancel at the end of any quarter with 30 days notice.

I'm Pieter K de Villiers. I've been working with business owners on process improvement and automation since 2014, long before AI became a buzzword. I built MacantaCRM from the ground up, took it to market, and managed its acquisition. I've been the founder trying to hold operations together, and I've been the consultant helping others do the same.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time. You won't be handed to an account manager or a junior. You get me.
